2025 OSEA Fall Seminar
The 2025 OSEA Fall Seminar will be held October 17-18th at the Baker Elks Lodge. Below you will find the registration form for this years Fall Seminar. Registration is $45 per member until 10/5/2025. Registrations received after 10/5/2025 will be subject to a $25 late registration fee. If you have questions regarding registration please contact the OSEA Convention Registration Team at info@oregonelks.org. The draft agenda appears in the September 2025 OSEA Newsletter. Once finalized the full agenda will be posted on this page.
Hotels in Baker City for Fall Seminar (PDF)
In addition to the pre-registered meals included on the form below, the Baker Lodge will be offering several meal options for those in town:
Wednesday 10/15 - Burger Night - $13.00
Thursday Lunch 10/16 - Burgers with fresh cut fries, pasta, potato salad - $15.00
Thursday Dinner 10/16 - Flat iron steak with mushrooms or teriyaki chicken dinner - $25.00/
Friday 10/17 and Saturday 10/18 - the lodge will offer coffee, juice, and pastries and will kindly accept donations.
