2026 OSEA Summer Convention

Registration now open for the 2026 OSEA Summer Convention in Seaside, Oregon, April 23–25

ll registrations and payments must be completed online.

Registration is $50 per member. Please note: spouses or guests who are members must also complete a registration form. For non-member spouses and out-of-state guests, the $50 registration fee is waived.

Once your registration has been received and verified, you will receive a PDF copy of your registration along with a link to your invoice. Registration and meal fees may be paid online using a credit/debit card or ACH (online check). Checks mailed to the State Office will be returned.

Changes, Cancellations & Deadlines

  • To modify a submitted registration, please contact the Summer Convention Registration Team at info@oregonelks.org with your requested changes..

  • Changes or cancellations made before payment will be reflected in an updated invoice that will be sent.

  • Changes or cancellations made after payment will be refunded following the conclusion of the 2026 Summer Convention.

  • Registrations must be received by April 2, 2026 to avoid a $25 late registration fee.

  • Prepaid meals are non-refundable after April 2, 2026.

Meadowood Work Weekend

Beyond the work, this weekend is a time of camaraderie, laughter, and connection with Elks members from Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. It’s an opportunity to not only support a great cause but to build friendships and memories that last a lifetime. Items and Skills Needed:

Tools:

Chainsaws

Carpentry tools

Electrician gadgets

Paint supplies (scrapers, brushes, rollers, pans, etc.)

Landscaping equipment (weed whackers, hedge trimmers, pruners, loppers, etc.)

Volunteers Needed:

Oregon/Washington PER Association Dinner

Oregon/Washington PER Association Dinner at the Olympia Washington Lodge. Dinner Menu for the evening will be your choice of pork chop or salmon. Served with vegetable, salad, a starch and dessert.
