Banner Order Form

All orders must be recieved by November 29th and payment must be recieved by the state office no later than December 15th. After orders are recieved an invoice will be sent to the lodge for payment. Please make checks payable to the Oregon State Elks Association and put PRM banner in the memo line.

Public Relations and Membership Reporting

Lodge Public Relations and Membership Chairs (or the Exalted Ruler if there is not one) are asked to please submit a quarterly PR and Membership Report. This report will automatically be submitted to your district committee chair.

  • Quarter 1 – April, May, June

  • Quarter 2 – July August, September

  • Quarter 3 – October, November, Decembe

  • Quarter 4 – January, February, March.
